MAVAND Solutions GmbH develops, produces and sells drug of abuse tests in combination with evaluation systems and data base management systems. The offered performance package comprehends for the first time a perfect complete solution for drug testing in the field of workplace, clinical and forensic medicine.

All products are developed and produced according to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 guidelines and are registered and CE-marked according to the guideline 98/79 EC for In Vitro Diagnostica.

MAVAND Solutions is a young, high innovative company that aims at a continuous development of their products in closest collaboration with universities and authorities (police foreces etc.) as this was done successfully in the past with their saliva drug of abuse test Rapid STAT.

The introduction of the Rapid STAT in the European market was expected with great eagerness and pleasure. Already now the Rapid STAT saliva test is employed successfully throughout Europe.

On the occasion of the TIAFT conference in Geneva on 23.08.2009 the first interim results of the DRUID-ESTHER study related to the sensitivities and specificities of saliva drug tests have been published. RAPID STAT as th first saliva drug test achieved a sensitivity of 80-90 % sensitivity in THC on roadside measurements !

MAVAND wins the competitive national tender in France with their saliva drug test Rapid STAT. During the next 3 years MAVAND will deliver their Rapid STAT to the  National Police, Gendarmerie and Military of France.
